Who you are contracting with

The Perfect XI is operated by Riftova ("Riftova", "we", "us"). By using the service you are entering into an agreement with Riftova on these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Acceptance

By creating an account or otherwise using The Perfect XI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. One account per person; no automated play, score manipulation, or sharing of accounts. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country).

Acceptable use

You must not: use the service unlawfully; commit fraud or spam; infringe intellectual property; attempt to interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping); or reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.

Intellectual property

The service, including all software, designs, branding, text, graphics, and other content (excluding historical player names and facts used descriptively), is owned by Riftova or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial enjoyment within your selected plan. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Purchases & subscriptions — Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency, taxes, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled; you can manage or cancel from your profile, which opens the Paddle customer portal.

Optional Legends Club and Remove Ads purchases provide cosmetic themes and convenience features only — they do not affect game outcome odds.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Refunds are handled by Paddle as the Merchant of Record.

Content

Player names and historical facts are used for descriptive purposes. The Perfect XI is not affiliated with FIFA or any football federation.

Service availability

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your access ends and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Riftova's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to Paddle for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
