How to request a refund
Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout — you can request a refund there directly. Alternatively, email support@perfectxi.app with your order ID and we will forward your request to Paddle.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your Legends Club subscription at any time from your profile, which opens the Paddle customer portal. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period; future renewals will not be charged.
After 30 days
Refunds outside the 30-day window are reviewed case-by-case by Paddle under their Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
